Giving
Ways to give @ midchurch:
1. Tithes & Offerings
The below principles of tithing are based on 1 Cor 16:2 & 2 Cor 9:7:
- Giving should be considered, i.e., be prayed about and well thought through and not what happens to be in our wallets on a Sunday morning.
- Giving should be in keeping with our income, i.e., a percentage, for example 10%.
- Giving should be regular, for example monthly.
- Giving should be an act of worship, without obligation or guilt, because God loves a cheerful giver.
